Edwin Gutierrez was suspected of attempting a robbery at an apartment complex in Tucson, on May 20 along with the other teens. Gutierrez was shot and killed during the attempted robbery, police said. Jessup and Erhorn are each charged with four counts of armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault.
